Registration Instructions

The registration form is fillable online. Please mark your selections in all 6 sections listed below, then use the red submit button button located at the bottom right of this page to submit the registration form.

The survey will be emailed to rsaenzreunionatx26@gmail.com.

The 6 (six) sections are:

We will accept full amount due or half amount due with registration submission. If paying in two portions, the 2nd half is due by April 20, 2026. Payment accepted via:

Adult: $50 Includes cost of lunch, breakfast and conference room rental.

Food

To take advantage of the hotel conference rooms, we are obliged to use their catering service for all food and beverages. In addition, the hotel will not offer a complimentary breakfast. However, we have arranged for a group breakfast. The breakfast will be a one-hour service starting at 8 AM on both Saturday (27th) and Sunday (28th) mornings.

Standard breakfast to include: Scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, bread, coffee/tea.

4. Reunion Lunch

Adult Meal: Fajita Dinner

Salad: Mexican Salad
Entrée: Beef and Chicken Fajita Bar with all the fixings
Sides: Corn, Black Beans, and Tortillas
Dessert: Churros with Dipping Sauce
Drinks: Water, Iced Tea, and Coffee

 

Child's Meal (12 and under)

Creamy, cheesy macaroni, served with fries

Drinks: Water or Lemonade

Tender, crispy nuggets, served with fries

Drinks: Water or Lemonade

5. Table Reservation

We are offering the option to reserve a limited number of tables (seating of 10) for $50.00 for the Saturday reunion event.

Amount Paid with Registration

You have the option of paying either the (A) TOTAL DUE for Registration or half of the TOTAL DUE amount (B) PARTIAL Registration DUE at time of your registration submission. If you opt for the partial payment, (C) the Remainder of the Partial Payment is due on April 20, 2026.
